This spacious villa is being converted into a prestigious head office for a German group of companies. Modern office space is planned, stylish meeting rooms as well as three high-quality in-suite areas. As part of the comprehensive renovation, the existing room structure will be partially adapted, floor coverings renewed, bathrooms modernized, and roof and terrace areas repaired. The electrical installation, including the lighting concept, will be completely redesigned. Generous wall coverings with gray mirror as well as a custom-made furniture emphasize the high-quality, elegant overall impression.

The façade is given a new look: an earthy umber red is transformed into a radiant light red, lending the building a new freshness. The garden is redesigned—in dialogue with the existing beautiful old trees, a design is created that gives the pool more presence and lends the ensemble the opulence and sophistication it previously lacked.
