In the heart of Palma, on the fifth floor of a 1960s apartment building, an extraordinary city apartment with a view and character is being created, despite low ceilings and challenging building fabric. German builders are realizing their dream of a spacious Penthouse apartment. The following are planned three suites – each with its own bathroom – a spacious living and dining area, as well as a private sauna and wellness area.

Planning is carried out in close cooperation with the renowned architectural firm MP6-arquitectos in Mallorca. The building permit was submitted in fall 2024. Once this has been granted, the implementation phase will begin.

The roof needs to be completely renovated. Here you will find spacious, walk-in terraces with breathtaking panoramic views over the bay of Palma, the marina, and the cathedral. Sunrises and sunsets guaranteed!

The interior design meets high standards of quality: Real wood wall paneling, textile wall coverings by Armani Casa, large-format mirrors, natural stone floors and wall surfaces as well as floor-to-ceiling windows.

The aim of the design is to create a small Jewel of the luxury class to create a space where art and pleasant conversations can take place in an atmospheric setting.
