Complete renovation of an old commercial space

It is unimaginable what a breath of fresh air, what a new atmosphere can be brought into an old garage. The task was to create a high-quality real estate property in a rather low, elongated building.office including showroom The first step was to investigate whether we could remove the old ceiling—and we were delighted to discover that this would give us an extra 30 cm of ceiling height.

The premises were divided into three areas: a small outdoor area, an entrance hall, and a back office with a kitchenette and a small toilet.

We chose the following flooring: mallorcan natural stone Beige Levante, which creates a wonderfully cozy atmosphere with its warm, textured surface. Here, too, we deliberately chose mirrored wall surfaces as a design element, which makes the room appear significantly larger. The high-quality furnishings were created in collaboration with the company Private Hideaway Interior in Mallorca.

A particular highlight of this project is the lighting concept. Here, we worked with flush-mounted light rails that give the room a visual appeal lend.

We also worked on this property on a subtle level: we cleared it of old burdens and disruptive fields and revitalized the flow of chi. When you enter the office now, coming from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, you immediately feel a Omeffect.
