Renovation and new construction of a large country house into a 5-star luxury home for short-term rentals<\/h3>\n

The old,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>beautiful country house with its high ceilings was once used as a vacation home by a wealthy Mallorcan family. At that time, it stood alone among extensive almond tree plantations\u2014a classic\u00a0<\/span>mallorcan finca<\/strong>. At harvest time, laborers came from Morocco to lend a helping hand.<\/p>\n

The house has several huge cisterns \u2013 one of which is currently undergoing extensive conversion into a\u00a0<\/span>walk-in wine cellar\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>converted, around eight meters below ground, directly beneath the main house\u2014a structural masterpiece.<\/p>\n

The project is being supervised by renowned Mallorcan architects, and an experienced building services engineer is also involved. Our mandate covers interior design, landscape architecture, and\u00a0<\/span>geomantic-energetic guidance<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>of the entire property.<\/p>\n

An exclusive furniture line and a unique lighting collection are being designed for this special project. The future house will have 15 rooms and will serve as a guest house in the upper\u00a0<\/span>5-star luxury segment<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>used for short-term rentals.<\/p>\n

Plans include spacious outdoor and indoor pool facilities, an extensive fitness area, restaurant and bar areas, libraries, conference rooms, and stylish outdoor areas with plenty of seating.<\/p>\n

In addition to the completely renovated main house, there is a new\u00a0<\/span>spa building and a yoga pavilion<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>The spa will be connected to the main building via a large underground basement. The entire property will be developed as an exclusive 5-star boutique hotel.<\/p>\n

The style: classic, with the aim of keeping the old charm and deep presence alive \u2013 but complemented by modern accents, subtle oriental influences, a touch of Armani style, and quiet, understated luxury.<\/p>\n
