Our first project in Mallorca \u2013 and in such a beautiful residential area: in the southwest of the island, on a hillside with views of the sea and the port of Portals Nous. Together with an architecture and project management team, we designed the complete renovation of this property. We were responsible for the interior design and the garden landscaping.<\/p>\n
Today, the house serves as\u00a0<\/span>luxury vacation property<\/strong>. It has five suites with en-suite bathrooms, various lounge and living areas, and spacious terraces on both floors. A pool and sauna complete the ensemble.<\/p>\n The design guidelines were developed in close consultation with the client. The guiding principle:\u00a0<\/span>1960s C\u00f4te d'Azur style<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 in conjunction with the\u00a0<\/span>Clarity and modernity<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>from today.\u00a0<\/span>harbor atmosphere<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and proximity to the sea should be reflected in the design. The client is a great art lover, so we were able to, for example, select\u00a0<\/span>artworks related to the theme<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>fully develop creatively.<\/p>\n We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project. The entire interior was designed in collaboration with\u00a0<\/span>Private Hideaway Interior<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>sampled. For garden landscape architecture, particular highlights were our visits to the lush\u00a0<\/span>Nurseries in Mallorca<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and on the largest\u00a0<\/span>cactus farm<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>europe's \u2013 right on the island. Entire trees were selected, delivered, and lifted onto the property by crane.<\/p>\n Today, the garden is an experience in itself: lush, tropical in appearance, full of unusual plants and cacti that can be discovered while strolling around.\u00a0<\/span>A green oasis<\/strong>, that surrounds the entire property.<\/p>\n Initially, the construction phase was delayed somewhat \u2013 it became noticeably easier and smoother after we\u00a0<\/span>Object geomantically cleansed<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>This created a true oasis of well-being\u2014in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca,
